Orders must be placed by 12.00 mid-day to be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday.

Every effort will be made for delivery to be next day, but this cannot be guaranteed and could take up to five working days Monday to Friday.

Saturday deliveries will be subject to surcharge.

At Everything Construction, we’re pleased to offer a convenient click & collect service for our customers.

Here’s how it works:

Place your order online: Browse our selection of top-quality products and add the items you need to your cart.

When you’re ready to check out, select the click & collect option as your delivery method.

We currently offer click & collect at our store located at Unit 20, Pedmore Trading Estate, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1TJ.

Wait for confirmation:

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated pickup time.

Please wait for this email before coming to the store to pick up your order.

Pick up your order:

When you arrive at our store, simply bring your email confirmation and a valid photo ID with you. Our team will retrieve your order and hand it over to you.

Orders must be placed online for click & collect. We do not accept in-store orders for this service.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability, but can be longer.

If you’re unable to pick up your order within 7 days of receiving the email confirmation, please contact us to arrange a new pickup time.

Orders that are not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

If you have not received an email confirming when you can collect your items, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure the email hasn’t been filtered there. If you still can’t find the email, please contact Everything Construction at info@everythingconstructionuk.com to confirm the status of your order and when it will be ready for pickup.

Please note that we do not store all items that we offer on site, therefore it can take a 1-2 business days on average to order the items into the store and process the collection.

All returns for credit or exchange must be reported in writing by email or letter within fourteen working days commencing the day the order is placed.

Goods correctly supplied and subsequently returned will be subject to a 35% handling charge.

Proof of purchase or relevant invoice must accompany the returned items, along with a letter stating the reason for return.

All returned items must be in the original package and have not been used and are in a resaleable condition.

In the event of shortage, defect or allegedly faulty, goods must be returned for inspection for return for the Company or their agents to assist in the process of making a claim.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return (unless by prior agreement) before any decision to replace or refund is made by the Company.

All items ordered by our website should be returned to Everything Construction Unit 20, Pedmore Trading Estate, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1TJ.

A refund can take up to 5-7 working days by your selected bank once we have processed the refund.
